Newsong One Online Giving FAQ’s:

How do I know if I have already created a Newsong User ID?
Since May 2008, if you registered at Newsong’s website for an event, conference, or retreat, then you have probably created a User ID.

What if I forgot my User ID and/or Password?
At the login page, click on the Account Help button and follow the instructions.

How do I donate to Newsong’s Cause Investment Portfolio (CIP)?
Please select IRV-2 Irvine Cause Investment Portfolio from the Fund drop down menu.  The CIP ministries are listed by project code.  If you don’t know the project code, please slowly scroll down the list until the desired ministry is found.

How can I split my donation among multiple funds?
Currently, this system can only handle donations to one fund at a time.  After completing the first donation, you can choose to give to another fund.  If you plan to give on a regular basis, it is advised to set-up recurring transactions so you won’t have to enter information multiple times.
