- Huck Finn Day for Dads and Kids – March 13th
Spend a day with your children and other Dads fishing for Rainbow Trout up to 25 pounds at a privately stocked lake! No need for a license, your own equipment or any prior fishing experience This is a kid-friendly event so invite a friend and their children too - this is something everyone will enjoy! - Dynamic Marriage at Newsong – March 16th
Dynamic Marriage is an 8-week marriage-enrichment course for married couples (or engaged couples very near their wedding date) that will help you create a stronger, more meaningful, and more loving marriage. We highly recommend this course whether you’ve been married for four days or forty years. Pre-meeting (mandatory) Tuesday, March 16th 7:00-7:45 p.m. First session begins Tuesday, March 22nd, 7:00-8:30 p.m. All sessions in Room 17 Newsong Irvine. High School students - this weekend is just for you! We’ve teamed up with a couple of Irvine churches to make this year’s SHIFT_ better than ever! We’re back at Alpine, which means ROPES COURSE and you will experience some great worship and teaching as we learn about our true identity in Jesus. - Foundations Class – April 5th – 26th
Are you a new Christ follower and wondering what to do next? Are you curious about Christianity and want a few answers on what it’s all about? Foundations Class is designed to help you find these answers. Over our four sessions, we’ll explore the basics of what it means to be a Christ follower and answer as many of your questions as we can fit in. Foundations goes for 4 weeks from 6:30-8pm Monday evenings, starting April 5th. There is a $30 registration fee to cover books and materials. - The Ideation Conference – April 5th-6th
Charles Lee from New Hope Church, part of our Newsong Alliance, has created a new and innovative conference. The Ideation Conference is designed to help non-profit leaders move ideas to implementation. It will gather some of the most innovative thinkers and practitioners focused on bringing care to humanity. Speakers will include Scott Harrison (Charity Water), Ben Keesey (Invisible Children), Keith Kall (World Vision), Eugene Cho (One Days Wages), Andy Bales (Union Rescue Mission) and many others. - iDo: Syncing Life and Marriage – April 30th – May 1st
A romantic weekend for Married and Engaged couples to learn and have fun at the five star Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert. Cost for this two-day experience is only $149. - The Unleash Campaign
In our call to Unleash Beauty (justice, loving the outsider, and radical sacrifice), Newsong has pinpointed 7 initiatives (The Garage, Design Stars, Refresh, Burrito Project, Laundry Love, 511 Santa Ana, and Malawi) that have already been effective in impacting the community. These 7 initiatives will be supported by the UNLEASH CAMPAIGN. These initiatives were created to serve the homeless, orphan, and widows, both locally and globally. - Experience Art @ 511
A place for children and parents from the Santa Ana neighborhood to draw, paint, and do crafts. Newsong families can connect with other families from the community by getting involved. Ways to help: donate art supplies, volunteer to facilitate craft tables and hang out with parents and kids, or be a team leader and help plan and organize. - Church-wide Small Group Study
Let’s start 2010 on the same Page! To bring unity and alignment to our community of small groups we would like your group to join us for a church-wide small group study. The material is a 6-week study based on the book The Hole in Our Gospel by Richard Stearns and was chosen to compliment The Unleash Campaign. - Veritas – Wednesdays
7 pm, Student Ministries Room. Come join us every Wed night as Darryl Brumfield and others walk us through the Gospel of John. Veritas is an in-depth verse-by-verse Bible study that equips believers to love and serve each other and the community. For more information, email: veritas@newsong.net.
- Laundry Love | Santa Ana
A regular opportunity to help people who are struggling financially by assisting them with doing their laundry. Relationships are built, and we hope to become a small community of common concern in which participants find that they receive assistance and benefit with other areas of their lives as well. - A Christian Yoga and Worship Experience – until March 29th

- In the Hub – Every Sunday (8:30am-2pm)

- Burrito Project
A group of bicyclists of all abilities that gather on Sundays at 3pm and ride bikes to local parks distributing burritos while developing relationships with the homeless community.
